Henderson Ventures (HV), founded in 1983, has been publishing electronics industry market research reports for over three decades, including the HENDERSON ELECTRONIC MARKET FORECAST (HEMF). The HEMF subscription service delivers detailed data and forecasts of electronic equipment production for 46 countries and regions based on economic forecasts, along with assessments of ongoing technological trends and product-market dynamics. The service also tracks the quarterly sales of 100 of the largest equipment producers as part of the Company Prospector chapter. Clients enjoy unlimited free distribution privledges within their respective companies.
Electronic equipment and economic forecasts are published for each of the 46 geographic entities through 2020. The equipment projections are denominated in both local currencies and US dollars converted at constant 2015 exchange rates. The forecasts are sorted geograpically which produces an equipment breakdown for each country and region. The projections are also sorted by equipment type that include a summary of the major equipment-producing countries and regions for each hardware category. Greater equipment detail is provided for the US database, as described in the Equipment Categories tab that can be accessed via the link shown above .
The Company Prospector database supplies information with which to help benchmark market share trends for suppliers, competitors, customers and companies that should be clients. Quarterly revenue statistics, along with corporate profiles are provided for each of the business entities. In addition, the 100 companies are sorted four different ways; alphabetically, according to equipment type, by size and by growth rate to supply quick insights into corporate performance.
